Four of the top 10 terminal operators are associated with shipping lines (MSC, CMA CGM, Maersk, and COSCO), and their market share had already been growing over the last years.
Asking for a friend: What advice should we give to a country with a single port (like many island states) - concession the port to a vertically integrated group that may help grow my shipping connectivity, or concession to a more independent company like PSA, DPW, ICTSI etc ?
