View this email in your browser     Dear colleagues and friends, As the New Year approaches, we wish to take a moment to thank you for your continued collaboration and commitment to advancing trade facilitation globally. Trade Facilitation remains at the forefront of governments’ efforts to strive for good governance and sustainable development, and your dedication plays a crucial role in this journey. The UNCTAD Trade Facilitation Team is pleased to share some 2024 highlights: Organization of the first Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF) and third Global Forum for National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs) in Barbados in May, a milestone event that brought key trade facilitation stakeholders together. Celebration of UNCTAD’s 60th Anniversary, marking six decades of advancing trade and development, which included a side event on Global Supply Chains. Successful launch of the revamped version of the Reform Tracker tool, now empowering National Trade Facilitation Committees (NTFCs) in nearly 30 countries worldwide. Training of more than 800 participants through the UNCTAD Trade Facilitation e-learning platform.  Looking ahead to 2025, the UNCTAD16 Conference, themed “Shaping the Future: Driving Sustainable Economic Transformation for a Changing World,” will address pressing global challenges such as trade disruptions, widening inequalities, and falling investments.   We extend our warmest wishes to you, your families and colleagues, and the entire NTFC community.
